Get Connected at Centerpoint.
For general information about Centerpoint or to set up a meeting with a pastor, fill out a connect card! To find out more about our ministries and the different ways to get plugged in serving, check out the ministries below!
Teaching, Discipleship and Community Life
Centerpoint has a mixture of teaching and growth opportunities. We want you to grow in your personal relationship with God, develop a relationship with the church, and connect with others. If you are interested in helping make those things happen through groups, seminars, specialized ministries and more, contact Aaron.
Worship and Music
We offer something for kids from birth to 5th Grade every Sunday! Centerpoint Kids ministry gives kids a chance to play in the museum, have age appropriate teaching, a time of singing and dancing, and be cared for by loving volunteers! If you are interested in finding out more about Littles (birth to 2 year olds), Mids, (2-5 year olds) or Bigs (K-5th Grade) or serving in Centerpoint Kids, contact Sidney DeMaster.
There are so many behind the scenes things at work in order to make a church function well! If you have a desire to organize, prepare or help with office related tasks, be sure to reach out to our office assistant, Sara Jacobs, to get set up as a helper!
Every Sunday we host a “party” with coffee, donuts, and fruit after the service! If you like connecting with others, creating a party atmosphere, or helping prepare food, this is a great ministry to get plugged into! Contact Kelly Haas.
Audio, Video, Lighting and Tech
There are many technical things that go into our Sunday services. Each Sunday we have people who serve with ligthing, video recording, and running sound. If you are interested in learning how to run one of these areas (all skill levels welcome), contact Scott Benedict.
Welcome Center and Visitor Experience
We know church can be awkward to walk into for the first time. We have a space dedicated to providing information on church, giving tours, and helping you get connected! Contact Matt to set up a Sunday morning tour to serve in our Welcome Center ministry.
Missions and Care
Jesus says, “And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” As a church we attempt to provide care and witness Jesus to our “Jerusalem,” the Fond du Lac community, and beyond. Many of these ways is serving and partnering with local organizations to provide food, supplies, a place to stay and more. We also are intentional about caring for our church community through helping you through tough times with prayer, meals, and more. If you are interested in helping with one of these areas, contact Val.
Safety is important to you, and its important to us. We want to ensure every attender is safe and feels comfortable. With this said, we have a safety team that helps with cleanliness and security. If you would like to be a part of the safety team, contact Denise.
There are a lot of moving pieces on Sunday morning. Whether its setting up the lyrics on screen, talking through transitions, and making sure things work are ready, we want to ensure Sunday services run smoothly. If you would like to be a part of the team that helps run the slides or makes sure the service runs smoothly, contact Leslie.
Every Sunday there are a number of people who help greet, seat and guide others to the right place. A host is the first positive person someone meets on Sunday! They greet, hand out bulletins, help people find seats, take the offering, and help with extra service elements. If you are interested in being a host, contact Jason.
